Please, before check in and check out, let us know 30 minutes in advance about your arrival and departure to the condominium so we can deliver the accesses and receive you personally at the end of your stay.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.
Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 8* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 30* dlls extra per person per night.
-The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.
-No guests allowed
-Pets are not allowed
-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.
-Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.
-The barbecue is subject to availability, reserving 24 hours in advance.
-Parking is for one car only
-We are a company committed with the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption.
-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.
-Electricity consumption
Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
